Our speaker in May will be David Gee, a former Richmond businessman and private investor in many local companies who now divides his time between Richmond and Florida. David currently holds equity or equity-like investments in more than 20 different private businesses.

He  specializes in creating investment instruments and strategies that meet the needs of the investor and the entrepreneur. He has bought, grown and sold many businesses ranging from technology based businesses like getloaded.com to one of the last radio stations playing a true country format. He turned the latter into a sought after sports station featuring the Hokies and Redskins before he sold it.

David will talk about how he has used his business and life experience to develop investment criteria, and will share some of the worse, some of the good, and some of the best structures and deals he has seen.  

David will also share his number 1 secret for peace of mind, short term and long term and even beyond his life.
