Stan Maupin Lessons from the Podium to the Lens
More Information Register Here
Stan Maupin has always followed a diverse career path, but he has tackled two more interesting "side hustles" in the last 10 years. Nearly a decade ago, he was a founder of Encorepreneur, and surprising even himself, he recently launched a small but award-winning photography career. Both projects have changed the way Stan views his life and career, and they have provided rewards in ways he never thought possible.
At our next Encorepreneur meeting, Stan will tell us about his two projects and how they have changed the way he thinks about how we should chart our career and life paths. More importantly, he will talk about how you can find similar opportunities in your field of vision and perhaps inspire you to look through another lens at your own possibilities.

Tuesday's breakfast will be in the cafeteria on the campus of United Methodist Family Services. The UMFS campus has changed dramatically since we have been there, and we look forward to seeing and hearing about the changes. The campus is convenierntly located on Broad Street, just one block off Rt. 195
For 115 years, UMFS has been helping children and families in Virginia. It is a nonprofit agency that provides a comprehensive array of programs to meet the needs of high-risk children and parents to enable them to overcome challenging circumstances and succeed. A national leader in helping children, we also proactively identify unmet social service needs throughout Virginia and develop appropriate partnerships to address them.
